The Board of Education of Frederick County (Board) staff and the leadership of the Frederick Association of School Support Employees (FASSE), the Frederick County Teachers Association (FCTA) and the Frederick County Administrative and Supervisory Association (FCASA) have reached tentative agreement on the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The MOU represents a collaborative effort between the parties which addresses changes to the current school year resulting from COVID-19, state and federal mandates and includes health and safety protocols and expectations relating to reopening of schools.
The MOU is presented tonight for final Board ratification.

The Board of Education of Frederick County is holding a Public Hearing on the Superintendent's Recommended Fiscal Year 2022 Operating Budget at 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2021.
The community will have the opportunity to provide feedback in several ways, even though the meeting will be closed to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions.
