Goals

PURPOSE OF PRESENTATION:  Frederick County Public Schools (FCPS) staff will review their fiscal year 2020 departmental budgets with the Board of Education of Frederick County (BOE).

 

BACKGROUND/SUMMARY:  Budget discussions with individual divisions and departments of FCPS will be reviewed at this scheduled budget work session from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  Attached you will find a detailed agenda and summary by budget centers.

 

The BOE is then scheduled to approve a proposed budget at the January 23, 2019 Board meeting to take to the February public hearing.  The BOE Operating Budget public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Central Office Board Room.
